This lovely lady wanted her upper back teeth replaced. We provided all the available options for this. She decided to go for dental Implants.2 dental Implants were placed and fully restored with Crowns. However, prior to this, an internal sinus elevation was undertaken to increase the alveolar bone height.This case is still ongoing as there is one final crown to complete on the last tooth behind the Implant.
