Extensive tooth surface loss which affected this gentleman's smile, confidence and ultimately the health of his teeth. This case was approached with face bow articulation and diagnostic wax ups. Thereafter, Lava Ultimate was used as palatal backings on the upper 3-3 and on the lower posterior teeth in the form of adhesive onlays. The upper buccal surfaces were restored using Venus Pearl with the help of a clear stent. Fully restored and stable. Most importantly, the patient was very satisfied with the final results.
