Neil Kotecha qualified as a General Dental Practitioner from King’s College, London. He successfully completed his Vocational Training with the Northampton Scheme, thereafter practicing for 3 years at the Weston Favell Dental Practice in Northampton. Neil’s commitment to his post-graduate development gave him the ideal opportunity to help organise events for the local Young Dentists Group in Northampton.

Neil went into affiliation with a dental corporate body in 2006 and was the first to form a joint venture partnership with a newly created division of The Dental Partnership Ltd. He became a Managing Director of Cassio Road Dental Practice, in Watford. In 2011, Neil took over the company and became the sole proprietor of this practice.

There he boasts a wide-ranging patient base, providing both NHS and private services in a modern practice environment. He is actively involved in the recruitment of dentists and dental support staff at all levels. His most recent certification comes from the GC Europe Institute, Belgium, which comprised of a residential course specialising in Gradia aesthetic restorations.

Since developing his practice in Watford which also includes membership of the Local Dental Committee, he has now been successfully appointed as a VT trainer on the Charing Cross Scheme (part of the University of London). Academically, Neil has successfully completed an Implants course with GIFT and accredited by Warwick University. Neil is still keen to expand his business ventures through the acquisition of further dental practices.

In his spare time, Neil enjoys eating out, watching sports, going to the cinema and theatres, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
